Thank you God for today

For soccer, the beautiful game I get to play

Thank you for the wounds, the tears, blood, and sweat

Thank you for the pain and the lessons I've learned

Nothing, will I regret

Thank you for tomorrow

And the hope that I borrow

Thank you for my friends

Remind me that your love never ends

God I ask that you please take this pain away

Please give me discernment, to know what to do

All I know is that I'm in love with you

I have so many questions, so many doubts

I'm not sure if I will ever figure it out

Is he the one, that will sacrifice to live like your Son

I'm sure he is, I see and feel it in his heart

That's why I feel in love with him from the very start

Remind me Lord, that we are together for your name

And if we let you, our lives will never be the same

God please show me the way to be the best woman I can be

Together, as one, we will give you everything

Please help me to trust, and him too

We remember there's things that only you can do

Please keep him safe, and remind us to delight in you

Lord please I'm begging you, give us grace and bring us through

Dear God,

It seems that my sins, I've got to own.

My heart is in so deep.

Remind me, there's others who have less.

This is when my faith is put to the test.

Help me to forget about myself.

Remind me that you're the only one worth praise and glory.

In you, love has begun.

God, bind me to your heart.

Remind me that we will never be apart.

Father I need your help so much.

Nothing can save me, but your healing touch.

Lord please give me grace.

Change my life to not my own, but your pace.

I have nothing left.

My own heart, I can't even protect.

I'm dwindling away, with nothing more to say.
